On July 25th, the Indo Caribbean Cultural Centre conducted a panel discussion about Indians in South Africa amidst threats, violence, and looting over a zoom meeting. Discussing the problem encountered by the Indians who live there, as well as the South Africans perspective. Bindu D. Maharaj served as a moderator.

The First speaker was Dr. Quaraysha Ismail Sooliman, from Centre for Mediation in Africa at the University of Pretoria; freelance journalist and talk show host, focusing on Muslim identity.
