According to agricultural specialists, 'Kumkum Bhindi' has helps lower cholesterol due to its 94% polyunsaturated fat and its sodium content helps in healthy blood pressure, while its 21% iron helps with anemia and 5% protein maintains the body's metabolic system in order.
