Three Canadian colleges to reopen after a long break

Three Canadian colleges have reopened after a Toronto-based education group bought M College in Montreal, CDE College in Sherbrooke, and CCSQ College in Longueuil. These colleges were unexpectedly closed after collecting millions in tuition fees and applying for creditor protection.

The reopening of the college has brought comfort to 2,000 Indian students, 1,173 of them are from Punjab. Another 502 students studying online from India have been left in the cold, as they have yet to get their refund since they are unclear if they will be able to secure a student visa in Canada.
