Tokyo Paralympics: Memorable day for India

With a total of 13 medals, India’s Tokyo Paralymic medal count equals the total medal count in Indian Paralympic history

Para Archer Harvinder Singh bagged the first-ever archery medal for India at the Paralympics by securing a bronze in the Men's Recurve Individual Open event. The 2018 Asian Para games champion won against Korea’s Kim Min Su in a shoot-off after both archers finished at 5-5 at the end of five sets, to take India's medal tally at the current Games to 13.
