U.S.-India hydrogen task force hosts discussion with industry experts
The hydrogen task force was set up as a high level bi-lateral collaboration between the governments of both countries

The US-India Strategic Partnership Forum (USISPF) recently organized the first Industry interaction for the U.S.-India Hydrogen Task Force (HTF) with the its members, U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and the Indian Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE).

As USISPF is the secretariat for the Task Force, Managing Director, Nivedita Mehra presented the welcome address. “Given India’s high dependence on imported fossil fuel and to achieve the mutual goals of energy security and low carbon transition, the potential of the U.S. and India’s cooperation on green hydrogen is significant,” she informed the gathering.
