UN wants India’s humanitarian aid to Afghanistan delivered at the earliest
India, insists that there should be no conditions restricting the transport of humanitarian aid to Afghanistan.

When inquired about Pakistan holding up medicines and food supplies to Afghanistan offered by India, the United Nations said that it wants humanitarian aid to arrive as soon as possible wherever it is required.
Secretary-General Antonio Guterres' Spokesperson Stephane Dujarric responded when asked about Pakistan holding up medicines and 50,000 tonnes of wheat which India wants to send to Afghanistan, that Pakistan had not allowed them to reach Afghanistan through 'various conditionalities'.
