On Friday, the Indian community in Tokyo organized a Covid vaccination camp. The 79 Indian residents who had already enrolled received their third dosage of the vaccination on Friday afternoon at a hotel in Tokyo's Edogawa ward's Nishiksai district, together with 140 local Japanese individuals.

The head of the Edogawa Indian Community, Agmohan Chandrani, solicited the participation of a local dispensary with close relations, after which the camp could be organized. The Edogawa ward is home to approximately 5,200 Indian nationals. The district Nishikasai is known as ‘Little India’.
