India’s first Integrated Smart City launched in Tamil Nadu
It is the first-of-its-kind project in India with 150 world-class amenities, including a helipad, a 50,000 sq. ft clubhouse, 1,663 villa plots, as well as 26 commercial plots.
Tamil Nadu’s first Integrated Smart City in Coimbatore that spreads across 120.7 acres, has been launched by a real estate developer- G Square. It is located along the Salem-Kochi Highway, popularly known as the Coimbatore bypass.
