Vimal Pandya, a resident of southeast London, faced forcible removal from the UK following administrator errors by the Home Office. He has lodged an appeal against the refusal of his human rights application for leave to remain in the UK.

The college that sponsored his visa had their license canceled. The only option was to enroll again in some tier-4 college but his documents were confiscated at the airport.

Vimal's human rights application was rejected in the last appeal in January 2022 but was offered another chance to present himself. He was informed of a final deadline last month by which to appeal the Home Office decision.
