Delhi Declaration strongly condemns all terrorist activities in Afghanistan

Expressing concern over Afghanistan’s deteriorating socio-economic and humanitarian situation, the participants reiterated that humanitarian assistance should be provided in an unimpeded, direct and assured manner to the country.

Afghanistan’s territory should not be used for sheltering, training, planning or financing any terrorist acts maintained eight countries in theregional security summit hosted by India on Wednesday in what has come to be known as “Delhi Declaration on Afghanistan”.

The National Security Advisors of the eight countries, including India, Russia and Iran presented a joint statement after discussing the evolving situation in Afghanistan and its consequences for the region and the world after Taliban’s takeover of Kabul in August.
