Lovepreet Singh from Indianapolis, US, has been sentenced to 15 months in prison with a $4,710 fine for money laundering and unlawful possession of a firearm, according to the Department of Justice on Friday.
Mr. Singh pleaded guilty in March to one count of money laundering, where he admitted to having received and transmitted money by defrauding multiple victims, as a part of an international tech support fraud scheme.
