President Biden has drawn new rules for foreign travelers to the US, as flight restrictions lift for the first time since the pandemic began in 2020. The plan to reopen the US border next month to foreign flights envisages that almost all foreign visitors should be vaccinated against Covid.

The President signed a proclamation imposing new vaccine requirements for most foreign national air travelers and lifting severe travel restrictions on China, India and much of Europe effective Nov. 8, the White House said.
