The Sikh Community of Swansea took to the streets on Sunday to perform the Nagar Kirtan parade as they marked the establishment of holy scripture, Guru Granth Sahib, to Guru Nanak Sikh Community Centre, Swansea.

It was carried out on a customized 30-foot trailer and truck, provided by the Southall Sikh Temple in London, also the largest Sikh temple in Europe. The Granth or holy book will be kept in the display box and will only be used by the senior priest for all sorts of services.
